Job Costing: Accounts Integration

The Accounts area of Job Costing includes the details of Customers, Suppliers and Stock. These records are brought over automatically from Sage Line 50. They are created only once (in either Sage Line 50 or Exordia Job Costing) and appear automatically in both systems.

The Accounts area also holds details of the employee database, which may be drawn from Sage Payroll or, if preferred, set up internally in Job Costing. A leads (potential customers) database is also included here, which aids the creation of estimates and the management of outstanding quotations.
